Order Processing Time

Most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, after order received and payment cleared.

If there are any issues causing delay, we will notify you urgently.

Do we refund defective products? 

Yes. If you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product then we will issue a full refund for that product. Just be sure to report the issue by e-mail within 7 days

You will need to provide us with detailed photos so that we can confirm the issue.

Important Note

We put every effort into getting your order delivered. We will contact you via phone or email if the first attempt fails. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
