Cancellation & Exchange

Cancellation is not allowed.

If you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product, please inform us the details of the defects by photographs as well. Just be sure to report the issue by e-mail within 7 days.

After your request is approved, you can either visit our office with the product or send the product to us by post.

Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.

Only products in unused, unworn, and their original conditions are eligible for exchange.

Below products are NOT eligible for exchange, return or cancellation (applicable to Event / Workshop only):

  • Headwear
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Mattress
  • Personalised
  • On Sale Products

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our local office or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
